Hydraulic Pullers

These are LIGHT WEIGHT hydraulic pullers with BUILT IN hydraulic pump. They can be used BOTH for 2 Jaw and 3 Jaw applications. Ref. fig 1.

All parts are made from high grade Alloy-steel & hardened. This provides long life. These tools are excellent for FIELD APPLICATIONS to DISMOUNT BEARINGS, PULLEYS, GEARS, COUPLINGS, SLEEVES etc.

Note: 1) The estimated LOAD to dismount is 0.2 to 0.4 of Shaft Dia X TONS Eg. Shaft Ø = 60 Load = 0.2 X 60 = 12 Tons 0.4 X 60 = 24 Tons. The actual load depends on how jammed the machine element is.

2) You CANNOT apply higher than the rated LOAD, by using a Pipe/Tommy etc. OTHERWISE SEALS WILL GET DAMAGED. If machine element is not getting dismounted you need a higher capacity puller or alternatives you need to HEAT the machine elements.
