Bearing Fitting Kit is a simple, convenient, versatile tool to mount small and medium sized bearing without damging them. The kit comprises of hardened, ground, individually numbered impact rings and sleeves. Each impact ring is as per bearing size. Impact sleeve is common for a group of rings.
Use of correct impact ring and sleeve combination, eusures that mounting forces are evenly distributed to both bearing rings, thus avoiding damage and extending operating life of bearings.
The entire kit is in a portable steel box and is designed to last for several years. The cost of the kit is recovered in a few months due to increased life of bearings.
1) ECONOMY MODEL :-
Comprising of 14 impact rings, 03 impact sleeves, 01 nylon hammer. This kit covers popularly used bearings in industry from 20 mm I.D. to 50 mm I.D. This model does not cover any bearing lesser then 20 mm I.D. Approximate weight is 11 kg.
2) FULL KIT :-
Comprising of 33 impact rings, 05 impact sleeves, 01 nylon hammer. This kit covers bearings from 10 mm I.D. to 50 mm I.D. Approximate weight is 16 kg.

THE IDENTIFICATION OF EACH IMPACT RING (e.g. 25-62) IS MARKED ON THE RING. THE FIRST TWO DIGITS REFERS TO SHAFT DIA, THE LATTER FIGURE TO BEARING OUTER DIA.
THE INTERNAL DIA OF THE RING IS 0.5MM GREATER THAN SHAFT DIA, WHILE THE OUTER DIA OF THE RING IS 1.3 MM LESSER THAN BEARING OUTER DIA.
