Button Jack / Light Weight Pump

This is a complete system comprising of the following :

(1) BUTTON JACKS (2) LIGHT WEIGHT PUMP (3) JACK HOSE (4) PRESSURE GAUGE

(1) BUTTON JACKS :

They are low height jacks which find extensive applications WHEREVER SPACE IS A CONSTRAINT. They can be used to LIFT heavy equipment during erection / Commissioning, or for LIFTING HEAVY MOTORS during alignment. They also can be used for Mounting / Dismounting of Gears, Pulleys, Couplings etc.

There are two types of button Jacks Ref. Fig.1 & 2

(1) Round Jack : They have medium closed hight and stroke from 38mm to 60mm.

(2) FLAT JACK : HHJ series flat Jacks have very low closed hight and small stroke (6mm to 10mm)

(B) LIGHT WEIGHT PUMP :

This is a portable handy pump having Aluminium tube with special Aluminium Alloy body.

We have also provided a handle with extension for applying higher leverage. The weight of the pump is less than 4 kg. To one end of the pump there is an adaptor having the jack hose & glycerine filled pressure gauge. The pressure gauge indicates the actual load during application. A pressure relief valve is provided to relieve the pressure beyond rated capacity of pump. This prevents all hydraulic eliments including Pump, Hose, Pressure gauge & Jack from damage..

(c) HOSE :

A jack hose of sutaible length connects pump to the jack. Standerd length is 1.25 meter. Other lengths on request we can offer a quick release coupling (QRC) on request. The ore is fitted between jack & Hose. The entire system is in a Portable Box to carry the product within the works.
